MIIS is secure, easy to use, and easy to implement. The user interface allows patient information and activities to be stored and can manage patient appointments and supply detailed reports about patient progress.

Patients are automatically awarded draws as an incentive for attendance and abstinence. MIIS can be configured to select prizes and provide draws in varying escalation schedules that are sensitive to patient history of compliance and relapse. The software also maintains a record of prizes awarded to patients.
